Reporting of Harassment Process

CCI Harassment Policy
Discriminatory harassment of any kind, whether it is sexual harassment or harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, ethnic or national origin, gender, genetic information, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, veteran’s status, or any factor that is prohibited under applicable law, by any CCI employee, customer or vendor is prohibited at CCI.

CCI will promptly and thoroughly investigate all reports of documented harassment as discreetly and confidentially as practicable.

The investigation of all reports will generally include a private interview with the person making the report of harassment. It will also generally be necessary to discuss allegations of harassment with the accused individual and others who may have information relevant to the investigation. CCI will conduct a thorough investigation, to determine whether harassment occurred.

If CCI determines that a violation of this policy has occurred, it will take appropriate disciplinary action against the offending party or parties, which can include counseling, warnings, suspensions, and termination. Employees who report violations of this policy and employees who cooperate with investigations into alleged violations of this policy will not be subject to retaliation.

False Accusations: Anyone who knowingly provides inaccurate information or makes a false accusation of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation will be subject to appropriate sanctions.

Step by Step Instructions to file a Harassment Complaint:
STEP 1:  Please complete the CCI Harassment Complaint “Agreement to Terms” by clicking on the following link to confirm your knowledge of the CCI Harassment Complaint Policy and acknowledging the information you are providing is complete and accurate.

STEP 2: Once you complete Step 1, you will be directed to the on-line Confidential Harassment Complaint Form. Please complete the form in its entirety.
   
STEP 3: Once your Confidential Harassment Complaint Form has been completed and submitted, within 24 hours, you should receive a response from a member of the CCI Human Resources team or a member of CCI Leadership acknowledging the receipt of your complaint. Should you not hear back within 24 hours, this may indicate that there was a problem submitting your harassment complaint electronically. Therefore we encourage you to notify any member of leadership (using the point of contact list link to the left of this page) that you are pending a response to your complaint.
   
STEP 4: A formal investigation will commence.
